Our shop on El Camino Ave is where we prefer to work, but plenty of customers can’t leave work, have kids at home, or have a car that isn’t safe to drive with a shattered window. For them we run a fully equipped mobile unit across the Sacramento area — no trip charge anywhere in our service area. Same certified technicians, same DOT-certified glass, same warranty.
Give us the address, the vehicle and a photo of the damage if you can. We confirm the glass and a time window.
The technician comes with the glass, urethane and tools and needs a level spot and about six feet of clearance around the car.
You get the safe-drive-away time before we leave. Keep the tape on for a day and you’re set.
Two situations send us back to the shop. The first is ADAS calibration: static calibration needs a level, controlled bay with target boards, so if your car needs it we’ll ask you to come in or we’ll do the glass on site and calibrate at the shop afterward. The second is weather — urethane won’t cure properly in rain, and the shop is climate-controlled. We’ll tell you honestly which option gives you the better result.
